Management Responsibility
The responsibility for implementing these systems and policies lies with the Country President and the Risk and Compliance Manager. Senior management will ensure that all company policies are understood and adhered to by all employees. Our commitment to quality, health and safety, and environmental management will be addressed during induction training and regularly discussed in management meetings at all levels to review our objectives. Any updates to policies will be shared electronically via the company’s email and public server system.
