With our Licensed Alarm Receiving and CCTV Monitoring Centre, all systems can be remotely monitored. If an alarm is triggered, our Alertline Security Patrol Response Team is dispatched to investigate, conduct a patrol, and escalate the issue if a confirmed incident is found.
Any system faults will be referred to our technicians for repair.
We provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the end-user, ensuring full transparency and visibility of system performance as part of the Alertline Security Incident Management Process.
